At NIMS GLOBAL (NIMS), student assessment is a blend of work and examinations tailored to modern educational needs. Recognizing that traditional three-hour classroom exams can be stressful and outdated, NIMS has implemented a more flexible and student-friendly approach to assessments.
Instead of adhering to the conventional in-class examination system, NIMS allows students to take their exams at their convenience from the comfort of their own homes. When students are prepared for their exams, they simply need to contact the institute to receive their question papers. Once received, they can complete the exam at their own pace within a specified timeframe and submit their answers via courier, speed post, or online submission.
This system is designed to reduce exam-related stress and accommodate the varying schedules of students. However, if a student wishes to change their examination schedule from the initially chosen date or month specified in their application, they can do so for an additional fee of Rs 4,500. This flexibility ensures that students can manage their exams according to their personal schedules, balancing their studies with other commitments effectively. NIMS believes that this approach not only aligns with contemporary educational practices but also supports students in achieving their best performance.
Student opting for Examinations by post in terms of their course curriculum, are required to register their request with the Institute. We provide question papers and answer sheet to be submitted by the prescribed date. Student should ensure that answersheet reaches the institute before prescribed date.
Here at NIMS, We offer you conduct all your exams on our Advanced Online Exam Portal where you can give all your exams in form multiple choice questions. All Subject has 50 Question of 2 marks each without any negetive marking.
Student seeking examination through Center are required to carry their Enrolment No./ID to the Center. Exams of all courses is normally held at Delhi /Sonipat Center. In such a case – student are not permitted to carry any reference books/reading material to the center.
The passing certificate with grades and the mark list will be sent to the students after obtaining an overall Pass in the examination.
Minimum Marks to pass in each paper : 40%
Minimum Marks to pass Overall (Aggregate) : 50%
Examination results will be declared within 30-45 working days & certificate will be issued within 60 working days from the last examination date.
Students will be given the opportunity for Re-examination if they happen to fail. A fee of Rs. 500 per subject will be charged for each re-examination.
If Students lost their certificate the re-issue charge will be Rs 2000.

NIMS Institute assists you in your studies by providing books, course material, assignment and assesses your assignment report. NIMS provide Student Login Facility on our website which enables you to interact with NIMS for any issues and for accessing e-content.
Usually you can pay in full, or pay a 50% deposit and then the balance you can pay in installments. You can make payment through Demand Draft or Cheque in favour of NIMS payable at New Delhi or pay us online and give us the online payment reference number.
No, there will be no need to pay any charges. Your total course fees includes all charges like- study material , registration fees & examination fees. Fast Track course charges, Re-examination and lost document charges are separate.
After enrollment, our process do not permit withdrawal from course curriculum – fees once paid are adjusted against internal process (Non refundable & Non – Adjustable) in NIMS.
NIMS conduct course on prescribed course curriculum of global standards, and are recognized in most of the countries; however certificates issued by NIMS are subject to respective local laws governing their countries.
